These cables feature a 2mm pitch connectors.
The cables can also be supplied with specific branded connectors for example Molex milli-grid or Harwin M22 types.
The normal configuration of the pin header connection is as shown below.

Pin 1: 5V
Pin 3:Data -
Pin 5:Data+
Pin 7: Ground and Shield ground.
Pin 9: NC (not required as shield is connected to GND via pin 4).
Pin 2: 5V
Pin 4:Data -
Pin 6:Data+
Pin 8: Ground and Shield ground.
Pin 10: NC (not required as shield is connected to GND via pin 8).
